Rhinoplasty
The surgery is carried out in deep sedation for better patient comfort. The average duration is about 1 hour and a half. After a brief observation, the patient is free to go home. The nasal swab should be kept for about 48 hours, which is then removed by the surgeon at the check-up after 2 days.
The result is immediately noticeable, but the definitive healing takes about 9 months to complete.
The postoperative course is generally fast and hassle-free. After 3-4 days the patient can already return to work. After a week the cast is removed. For about 1 month, maximum attention must be paid to trauma, even accidental, which can compromise the outcome of the surgery.
